Something not working, or not obvious? Write to support@okdone.app and a person will read it.

I have forgotten my password

On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? and enter the address on the account. A single-use link arrives by email and lasts an hour. Setting a new password signs out every other device, which is the point of it.

If the address on the account no longer exists, write to support from any address and say which account it is β€” that one has to be sorted out by hand.

How do I delete my account?

Settings β†’ Delete account, inside the app. It removes the account and everything in it β€” tasks, lists, sections and any files attached to them. It is immediate and it cannot be undone, so export first if you want to keep anything.

Turning email into tasks

Every account can have its own address at okdone.app. Anything sent to it becomes a task: the subject becomes the title, the body becomes the description, and quoted replies and signatures are stripped out. You can put #tags and !p1 to !p3 for priority in the subject line. Set it up in Settings β†’ Capture.

Reminders have not arrived

A task reminds you when it has a due date and a time. On a phone, check that notifications are allowed for okdone in the system settings β€” iOS asks once, and a no is remembered. Reminders are drawn on the device from your own tasks; nothing about them is sent anywhere for the purpose.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Anything you change while offline is kept and sent when the connection returns. If the same task was changed in two places, both versions are kept and you are asked which one to keep rather than one of them quietly winning.

Where is my data?

On the okdone server, and nowhere else. There is no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking of any kind. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
